HR administrators, HR generalists, compensation managers and resource managers have access to all of the analysis templates defined for Compensation.
Compensation Analysis By Salary Structure

The Salary Structures panel displays the current salary structures, grades, and geographic differentials. Selecting a structure displays the zones and zone values for the structure. The Resources panel displays the active work assignments associated with the structure, with a yellow alert for resources that are outside of the selected salary structure range.
Open a resource record to view the resource's work assignment profile, including the position description and position history.
On the work assignment profile Overview tab, click the link to view the resource's compensation profile for the work assignment, which includes pay rate history, allowances and other pay rates included and not included in the total pay rate, current and historical compensation programs, special incentives, and equity grants.
Select to print the resource's current compensation profile.
Compensation Analysis By Supervisor

This template lists active work assignments by supervisor, with a yellow alert for resources that are outside of their salary structure range.
The list of work assignments is for those resources who report directly to the selected manager in the top list.
Open a resource record to view the resource's work assignment profile, including the position description and position history.

This report template lists active work assignments by organization unit, with a yellow alert for resources that are outside of their salary structure range.
The list of work assignments is only for the selected organization unit in the top list, not for the selected organization unit and all of its descendants.
Open a resource record to view the resource's work assignment profile, including the position description and position history.
