Actor organization unit scheduling

Schedule one action using rebuild maintenance. The frequency of this action should be based on the occurrence of several variables.

• How often new organization unit access is added or removed to Generalists
• How often new Generalists are added and given access to organization units
• Frequency of updates to organization unit structure
• Expectations for actor organization unit updates to be reflected

Based on the average customer expectations and data load, a daily rebuild should be adequate, but you can rebuild more frequently if required.

Include a large enough interval between rebuilds to keep actions from being queued up in Async.
