Requesting Leave Travel Allowance

The resource submits the Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) request.

  1. Select Employee > My Profile.
  2. Click the Payroll tab.
  3. Under Leave Travel Allowances, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Exemption Year
    Specify the year in which the LTA is filed.
    Pertaining Block
    Specify whether the LTA is in the Current Year Block or a previous block.
    Journey Number
    Specify the journey number.
    Requested Amount
    If the LTA organization setting is Reimbursable Payout, specify the requested amount for reimbursement.
    Exemption Amount
    Specify the amount to be filed for tax exemption.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the Dependents tab, click Create to add qualified dependents.
  7. Click Save.
  8. On the Payroll tab, under Leave Travel Allowances, click Submit For Approval.
