Enrolling resources in NPS

There are multiple ways to enroll a resource to a benefit plan. For more information, see the Benefits Management User Guide.

  1. Select Benefits > Maintenance > By Benefit Plans.
  2. Select Benefit Plan for National Pension Scheme.
  3. On the Current Eligible tab, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Employment ID
    Select the resource.
    Coverage Class
    Select Employees.
    Start Date
    Select Use Eligibility Date.
    Enroll In Benefit
    Select the check box.
  5. Click Submit.
    After the resource is enrolled to the NPS plan, a corresponding Employee Deduction Export Record is created. To check on the record:
  6. Select Benefits > Utilities > Interface > Export Records > Standard Deductions.
  7. Open the Export Record that was generated for the National Pension Scheme. This NPS employee contribution information will be transferred to HRM through the interface.
