Creating a corrective action from a coaching
If a coaching has been presented and the undesirable behavior continues, an HR Generalist or Administrator can create a corrective action from the coaching. For example, if a coaching has been presented to an employee and the undesirable behavior continues. A corrective action that is created from a coaching contains the same information as the coaching, except that the group can be changed.
The HR Generalist or Administrator must select the step for the corrective action, the time for the corrective action meeting, and the consequence of the behavior. The corrective action has a draft status and is linked to the coaching.
Notes that are associated with the coaching are also associated with the corrective action. A Corrective Action tab is available after a corrective action is created.
