Perform this task to record the withdrawal of a corrective action that was already issued to
an employee.
Select Manager > My Staff > My Staff.
Open the resource record and click the Employee Relations tab.
On the Corrective
Action pane, select the row for the corrective action.
The corrective action must be in Issued status.
Select the Withdraw action for that
row.
Selecting this action indicates that the employee has been notified that the corrective
action has been withdrawn. The notification to the employee is an action that
you have taken outside of the application, according to your organization's
policies.
Complete this information:
Reason
Select the reason that represents the corrective action
withdrawal.
Comment
Provide additional information about why the withdrawal
occurred and how it was performed.
Click Submit.
The corrective action is placed into Withdrawn status and is
read-only.
