Acknowledging a corrective action for an employee

Follow these steps to acknowledge a corrective action on behalf of an employee. For example, if the employee refuses to acknowledge the corrective action. You must have the Manager, Administrator, or HR Generalist role to perform this task.

  1. Select Employee Relations > Resources or Resources > Resource.
  2. Search for the employee and open the employee record.
  3. Click the Employee Relations tab.
  4. Right-click the corrective action and select Acknowledge.
  5. Specify this information:
    Signature
    Specify your name. Do not specify the employee's name.
    Comment
    Provide a comment with the reason that you are acknowledging the corrective action.
  6. Click Submit.
    The corrective action is placed into Acknowledged status.
