Creating a grievance from a coaching

An HR Generalist or an Administrator can create a grievance from a coaching on behalf of an employee. For example, if an employee files a dispute about an issue related to the coaching. A grievance that is created from a coaching contains the same information as the coaching .

Notes that are associated with the coaching are associated with the grievance. A new Grievance tab is available after a grievance is created.
