Browsing catalog by topic

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Resources > Catalog.
  3. Click the Browse tab.
  4. To view the activities included in a topic, select the topic name.
  5. Click the activity to view the detail.
    On the Outcomes tab, open a row in Competencies, Skills, or Credentials to view more about the outcome. You can view Qualification Source, Rating Scale, Rating Level and Validation Method, if these details have been outlined for the activity.
  6. Optionally, click Enroll in Activity. Some activities may require manager approval to enroll.
    If you have already been enrolled in the activity by your manager but not yet in a session, click Enroll in Session. Some activities may require manager approval to enroll.
