Searching for text within documents
Employees can search for texts within documents.
- Select Employee > My Documents > Text Search.
- Click Create.
- Specify this information:
- Text
- Provide the text to search.
- Result Limit
- Optionally, specify the limit to the maximum number of documents that can be returned in a search. The number that you specify overrides the maximum number that is specified for the organization. A higher number than the default value can affect performance.
- Search Name
- Optionally, specify a name for the search. Users can use the name to filter documents in the search history.

Click Submit.
A list of documents that include the text is displayed. The number in parentheses indicates the number of results that were returned.
- To view the search string, click on any file link.
- To view document details, click on a row.
