Marking health components as complete

Perform this task if you receive a notification that a health component applies to you.
  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Health and Safety > My Health Records > Health Components.

    Or,

    Select Health and Safety > Health tab > Health Components > View More (>).

  3. Open or select a health component.
  4. Click Complete.
    You might be required to open the More Actions menu to view this action.
  5. Provide this information:
    Reason

    Select the reason for your action.

    Completion Date

    Specify the date on which this health component was completed. and specify this information:

    Actual Result

    Select the result you received.

    Lot Number

    Provide this if you know it.

    Injection Site

    Provide this if you know it. The injection site is a place on your body, for example, Deltoid.

    Clinician, Other Clinician, Facility
    If these fields are available, provide this information if you know it.
    Attach Documentation

    Browse to the location where the document to attach.

    Comments

    Add information about the completion of the component.

  6. Click Submit.
