Notes

Employees can take notes to track significant performance and development-related events during self-appraisal or during a meeting with a manager. Notes are used in Employee Relations to record information about events or conversations. This option is available from the main menu.

You can also add or view private and public notes when you complete your self-appraisal. You can view public notes that are created about you by your manager or any administrator or generalist. The notes that are displayed have a date that is within the current appraisal period.
