Requesting other raters

If you have access to select your own other raters, then you can initiate the process of requesting other raters for your appraisal. When the performance appraisal is made available, you receive a notification and an action request. If email notifications are enabled, the other raters will receive email notifications.

  1. Select Inbasket.
  2. Open the Request Other Rater Appraisal action request.
  3. Specify the employees to request as other raters. For each employee, select the check box that best describes your relationship to the other rater.
    You can specify up to 100 other raters.
  4. Click Submit.

    The request is sent to your manager’s inbasket, where the manager can approve it or modify the list. The appraisal form is then sent to the employees who are requested as other raters.
