Example: Result ranges for higher results are better
Goal: Increase sales by 10 percent.
On the Rating Criteria tab, a message guides you to specify values from the lowest to the highest. Add values only in the From column. When you save the form, the To column values are calculated. This is a sample of the result ranges you might specify for this goal.
Note: You cannot change the lowest and
highest values.

The results range are displayed on the goal's Details tab in the same format:
1 - Poor Performance = -999,999.00 to 5.99 %
2 - Fair Performance = 6 to 9.99 %
3 - Meet Expectations = 10 to 14.99 %
4 - Exceed Performance = 15 to 19.99 %
5 - Star Performance = 20.00 to 999,999.00 %
