Alignment with organizational goals

You can align an active employee goal with one or more organizational goals. Employee goals are also known as resource goals.

• If a category exists on the employee goal, all aligned goals must also be associated with that category. If the Category field is blank on the employee goal, you can align the employee goal with organizational goals of any category.
• The goal type of the employee goal and the organizational goal must match.
• The begin and end dates of the employee goal must match or be within the begin and end dates of the organizational goal.
• You can delete organizational goal alignments on an active goal.
