Compensation

You cannot modify your compensation information. You can view your base pay and other compensation that make up your total compensation.

Add-on and alternate pay rates are in the category of other pay. Add-on pay rates are in addition to the base pay rate, for example hazard pay. Alternate pay rates are in place of the base pay rate, for example international assignment.

Allowances are received in addition to base pay. They are not necessarily paid on each payroll cycle and may not be taxable. These are examples of allowances:

  • Housing allowance (cash)
  • Discount on day care (non-cash)
  • Use of a company car (in-kind)

If you are enrolled in the compensation program that includes a bonus objectives component, you will be asked to participate in the definition or approval of the bonus objectives. You can access the bonus objectives functionality under To Do.
