Self-reporting qualifications by competency group

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select To Do > Self-Report Qualifications > By Competency Group.
    The Competency Group Details page is displayed. This page lists qualifications by competency groups.
  3. On the Qualifications tab, locate the competency group and qualification(s) that you have acquired.
  4. Complete this information for a row on the Competencies or Skills pane
    Requested Rating Level
    Select the rating level that best describes your current level of proficiency for the selected qualification.
    My Date Acquired
    Select the date when you achieved your current level of proficiency for the selected qualification.
    Note: Click the arrow buttons or increase the Records per page value to see additional rows.
  5. Click Save.
    The qualification is moved from this tab to the My Qualifications tab as an unvalidated competency or skill with the rating that you claimed.
  6. Click the My Qualifications tab to view your current list of competencies and skills.
    Pending renewals and expiration dates are indicated by colored icons in the Expiration Date column.
  7. Optionally, select a row and click the Delete icon to remove a qualification that is no longer relevant.
