Calendar
Employees can use the Growth and Sessions calendars to view and manage their sessions.
- The calendars can be viewed by month, week, and day. Users can switch between previous and upcoming months.
- Sessions are shown according to their date and time range, starting from the earliest session and ending at the final class date and time. The color assigned to each session is based on its status, along with the availability filter color.
- When the employee is registered for a session, they are also registered for the activity.
Growth calendar
The Growth calendar shows the sessions in which the employee is currently enrolled. It also shows the sessions that are available for the activities in which they must enroll.
- To access the Growth calendar as an employee, select .
- Click an item in the calendar to access session details and register for the session.
Employees can enroll under these conditions:
- The registration capacity has not been reached.
- The employee has received approval for the activity.
- The employee does not have an existing session request for the same activity.
Sessions calendar
The Sessions calendar for employees shows all the sessions in which the employee can enroll.
- To access the Sessions calendar as an employee, select .
- Click an item in the calendar to access session details and register for the session.
Employees can enroll under these conditions:
- The registration capacity has not been reached.
- The activity is available for the specific employee, or any employee can register.
- Prerequisites, corequisites, or other requirements are processed or waived before the enrollment.
