Planning for the future

When you find a position that is best fit for you, you can then create your career plan.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Career Planning.
  3. From the Career Home page, click the Plan Your Future button to view the plan.
  4. Click the Plan Your Future button.
  5. From the list of career plans, pause on the position and click the View Plan button to launch the plan.
  6. Click Remove Plan to remove the plan if you are no longer interested.
  7. On the Overview tab, you can view your career plan and how you match to the position. On the remaining tabs you are shown the competencies you are lacking. If you have a Learning and Development activity tied to the competency, click the Suggested Learning Activities button on the Competencytab. This launches the Activity experience at which you can enroll in the activity to help you achieve the competency.
