Employee safe behaviors

A safe-behavior record is an action or practice that promotes safety in the work place and that was witnessed by another person. As an employee, you can create a safe-behavior record for another employee. You cannot create one for yourself.

Safe-behavior records that others create about you can become part of your performance review.
