Viewing your identification information

Some fields are available only when they are configured by your organization.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Profile.
    The Profile page is displayed.
  3. Click the Contact Information tab.
  4. On the Identification Numbers pane, view the national identifiers that have been input for you.
    An example of this is a Social Security Number, in the US. The identifier is used to identify you for payment and other purposes.
  5. Optionally, double-click a row to view details about it.
    The Identification Number page is displayed. Click the browser's Back button to return to the Contact Information tab.
  6. On the Identification Type pane, view the local identifiers that have been input for you.
    An example of this is a driver license.
  7. Optionally, double-click a row to view details about it.
    The Identification Display page is displayed. Click the browser's Back button to return to the Contact Information tab.
  8. On the Alternate Identification Numbers pane, view additional identifiers that have been input for you.
