You can find your next role within the organization by using this option. Complete these tasks once in the employee experience:

• Update your career profile
• Explore all roles in the organization
• Plan for the future

When you enroll in a suggested activity, development plan, or certification from the Career Planning page, the item is added to your career plan. This is indicated by a label that is associated with the item: "Part Of My Career Plan."
