Providing input to an observation

Perform this task if requested by an investigator.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Health and Safety > Safety Observations > Input Requested tab.
    Or, select Health and Safety > Safety tab > Input Requested pane.
  3. Select a record and click the Provide Input action.
  4. Add a detailed description and attach any related documents to the record.
  5. Click Submit.

    The record is removed from the lnput Requested list.
