Creating employee contracts using the Helper List

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.

  2. Select and open the employment contract.
    Note: Employee contracts can only be created for employment contracts that are active and in Approved status.
  3. On the Employee Contracts tab, open the Helper List.
  4. Use the work assignment search to search for and select the employees to create employee contracts for.
  5. Click Assign Employee.
    Note: When the employee contracts are created, they are placed in Ready For Review status.
