Creating employee contracts using the Helper List

Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.
or
Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.

Select and open the employment contract.
Note: Employee contracts can only be created for employment contracts that are active and in Approved status.
- On the Employee Contracts tab, open the Helper List.
- Use the work assignment search to search for and select the employees to create employee contracts for.

Click Assign Employee.
Note: When the employee contracts are created, they are placed in Ready For Review status.
