Sending email notifications

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.

  2. Select and open an employment contract.
  3. On the Employee Contracts tab, select one or more employee contracts.
  4. In the More Actions menu, click Send Email.
  5. Specify this information:
    Email Template
    Select an email template to use for the email.
    File
    Optionally, select a file to send to the employee as an attachment.
  6. Click Submit to send the email.
