Sending email notifications

Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.
or
Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.
- Select and open an employment contract.
- On the Employee Contracts tab, select one or more employee contracts.
- In the More Actions menu, click Send Email.

Specify this information:
- Email Template
- Select an email template to use for the email.
- File
- Optionally, select a file to send to the employee as an attachment.
- Click Submit to send the email.
