Employee contract maintenance actions

The Employment Contract Administrator can navigate to the More Actions menu by selecting HR Administration > Contracts and clicking the Employee Contracts tab. The Employment Contract Administrator can use these actions to maintain employee contracts:
Action Description Statuses in which the action can be used
Change Status Changes the employee contract status Ready for Review, Contract Sent, In Progress, Rejected
Reload Contract Document Reloads the employee contract document to display updated information Ready for Review, Contract Sent, In Progress, Rejected, Accepted, Ended, Rescinded
Rescind Contract Rescinds the employee contract Ready for Review, Contract Sent, In Progress, Accepted
Send Email Sends an email regarding the employee contract Ready for Review, Contract Sent, In Progress, Rejected, Accepted, Ended, Rescinded
Update Navigates to the employee contract so the employment contract administrator can make status-based contract changes.
Note: If the contract being updated is in Accepted status, the employment contract administrator can also add an addendum or amendment. See Modifying contracts using amendments and addenda.
