Enabling employment contracts

  1. Select HR Administration > Administration > Set Up > Structure > Organizations.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Set Up > Components.

  2. Select and open the organization record for which to enable employment contracts.
  3. On the Configuration tab, select the Employment Contracts check box in the Global HR Modules section. When a new organization is created, the Employment Contracts check box is selected automatically.
    Note: The Employment Contracts (Legacy) check box enables the legacy functionality for employment contracts. It does not affect the employment contracts functionality that is described in this guide.
