Pending work schedule changes

When a change is made to the annual units for a work schedule, a pending work schedule change record can be created. For example, when the paid day indicator is changed, a pending work schedule change record is created. A pending work schedule change record is only created if there is an employee contract base pay record attached to the affected work schedule. Pending work schedule change records cannot be updated if there are open contract time records tied to the employee contract pay detail record.
