Error messages for employment contracts

Position Error: Position already attached to approved Employment Contract; (Contract Name), (Contract Version)

Cause of Error:

• The Do Not Allow Position Date Overlaps Boolean = True.
• Mass Attach Positions Action is run.
• The included position is already attached to an approved contract for the same date range.

Error Resolution:

Use a different position on the new contract.

Position Error: Position is inactive

Cause of Error:

• Position attached to the original contract is inactivated.
• The copy action has been initiated to create the existing contract.
• The inactive position is not attached to the contract.

Error Resolution:

Activate the position or choose a different position.

Email Template Error: Email automation rules cannot be copied; template is inactive

Cause of Error:

• Template that exists on the previous contract has been deactivated.
• The copy action has been initiated to generate the current contract.
• The template was not carried over to the new contract.

Error Resolution:

Activate or remove the inactive template.

Employee Contract Error: Employment contract modification is in progress; employee contract not created

Cause of Error:

• Modify Contract Action is initiated.
• Modify Contract Action is not submitted.
• User attempts to create an employee contract using the helper list.

Error Resolution:

Complete and submit the Modification, and then attempt to create the desired employee contract.
