Contract reasons

Contract reasons are used to group contracts and provide information about why the contract is being created. You can create contract reasons and then specify a reason on an employment contract. For example, you can create a contract reason named "New School Year" and then add it to employment contracts that are being created for that reason. You can also filter a list of employment contracts by the contract reason if you personalize the list to include reasons.
