Viewing and modifying sections and templates on employee contracts
Employment contract administrators can view sections and templates on employee contracts by navigating to an employee contract record. The contract sections and template that are displayed on the employee contract are copied from the associated employment contract. You can preview the content of a single contract section by selecting a section from the list in the Contract Sections tab. They can also click the button to view a PDF that contains all of the sections that exist on the employment contract.
You can also add, modify, and delete sections and templates on an employee contract record in Ready for Review, Contract Sent, or In Progress status. Changes made to sections and templates on an employee contract affect only that employee contract. When you delete a template on an employee contract and replace it with a new template, the sections from the deleted template are removed from the contract and are replaced with the sections from the new template. A new employee contract document is created based on the new template.
