Attaching positions to employment contracts

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.

  2. Select and open the employment contract record.
    Note: Positions that are already attached to an Approved status employment contract are displayed with a blue icon. You can only attach positions to active employment contracts with a status of Draft or In Negotiation.
  3. In the Positions tab, click Create.
  4. In the Position field, specify a position to attach to the employment contract, then click Submit.
    Note: You can also use the Helper List to select a position to attach to the employment contract.
