Rescinding an employee contract

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.

  2. Select and open an employment contract.
  3. On the Employee Contracts tab, select an employee contract.
  4. In the More Actions menu, click Rescind Contract. Contracts can only be rescinded if they are in Ready For Review, Contract Sent, In Progress, or Accepted status.
  5. Click Ok. The employee contract is made inactive when it is rescinded and can no longer be modified.
