Rescinding an employee contract

Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.
or
Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.
- Select and open an employment contract.
- On the Employee Contracts tab, select an employee contract.
- In the More Actions menu, click Rescind Contract. Contracts can only be rescinded if they are in Ready For Review, Contract Sent, In Progress, or Accepted status.
- Click Ok. The employee contract is made inactive when it is rescinded and can no longer be modified.
