Attaching files to employee contracts

Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.
or
Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.
- Select and open the employment contract that contains the employee contract to attach a file to.
- In the Employee Contracts tab, select and open an employee contract.
- In the Attachments tab, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Description
- Specify a description for the file you are attaching.
- File
- Select a file to attach to the employee contract. Only one file can be added per attachment. To attach multiple files, create a separate attachment for each one.
- Click Save.
