Purging employment contracts

  1. Select System Administration > Purge > By Feature > Employment Contracts.
  2. Select a purge action.
    • Contract Documents: Purge documents for employment and employee contracts through a specified date.
    • Contract Attachments: Purge attachments for employment and employee contracts through a specified date.
  3. Select an option for employment or employee contracts.
  4. Specify the Through Date.
    The purge includes all items from the first date of enablement until the specified date.
  5. Click Submit to process the action immediately or click Schedule to process the action at a specified time.
