Mass creating employee contracts

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Processes.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Processes.

  2. Click Mass Create Employee Contracts.
  3. Specify one or more contract types or one or more contract categories.
    The action cannot be run for contract types and contract categories simultaneously.
  4. Click Submit.
    Note: An employee contract is created for an employee if both of these conditions are met:
    • The employee has a work assignment for a position that is attached to an active employment contract.
    • The work assignment's effective date is after the employment contract's approval effective date, and before the begin date of the employment contract.
