Creating employee contracts when a position is attached to the employment contract

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Employment Contracts.

  2. Select and open an employment contract that has one or more positions attached to it.
  3. Select the Generate Employee Contracts Upon Approval check box to automatically create employee contracts when the employment contract is approved. Employee contracts are created for employees that have an active work assignment for the position that is attached to the employment contract.

    Manually select the Generate Employee Contracts action from the More Actions menu. Employment contracts are created for employees that have an active work assignment for the position that is attached to the employment contract.
