Creating contract rejection reasons

  1. Select HR Administration > Contracts > Components > Prerequisites.

    or

    Select Employment Contract Administrator > Set Up > Components.

  2. Click the Rejection Reasons tab.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Contract Rejection Reason
    Specify a name for the reason to indicate why the contract is being rejected.
    Description
    Specify a description for the contract that contains additional information about the rejection reason.
    Active
    This field is automatically set to Yes to make the rejection reason available to be used on an employment contract. Select No to prevent the rejection reason from being used on an employment contract.
