Registering resources for checklist activity components

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

The registration process is the same whether a development activity is associated with a checklist or not. You can register a checklist development activity from these locations:

From a budget (if learning budgets are used)
From the resource's development plan (Development Planning > Resources > Development Plans)
From the resource's activities list (Development Planning > Resources > Resource Activities)
From the Development Tasks list (Development Planning > Development Tasks or on Development Planning > Checklists > Monitoring > Development Tasks tab)

In addition, you can register a checklist activity component from the checklist with which it is associated.

Select Development Planning > Checklists > Monitoring.
On the Resource Checklists tab, open the checklist with which the activity component is associated.
Select the activity component that to register and select Actions > Register Resource.
On the Register Resource form, select a session and click OK.

If the session has capacity, the status changes to Confirmed Registration.

If the resource is wait listed, the status changes to Wait Listed Registration.
