Reverting resource checklist component statuses

Learning managers and administrators can revert checklist components for active resource checklists to a previous status. Checklist components for a completed or cancelled resource checklist cannot be reverted. But you can reactivate completed or cancelled resource checklists, and then revert the status of the checklist components.
