Adjusting budget amounts
Note: Not applicable if you
are using Infor Learning Management.
Use this procedure to adjust a budget total amount.
- Select Development Planning > Learning Budgets > Calculate Budgets.
- Click the Calculation Results tab.
- On the Budgets panel, select the budget to adjust and select Adjust Actual Budget Amount.

On the Development Budget form, specify the adjustment amount in the
Adjustment Amount field.
Note: To reduce a total budget amount, specify a negative number. The total budget amount cannot be reduced to an amount that is less than the total amount distributed to managers.

Click OK.
The system displays the new total budget amount.

Click Yes to confirm the
adjustment.
The new amount appears in the Actual Budget Amount column.
Note: The calculated total budget amount remains unchanged. -
To undo the adjustments, you can either enter a reverse adjustment or
recalculate the budget. Recalculating the budget restores the total budget amount and the
distributed budget calculations to their original values.
Note: Adjusting a budget total amount does not adjust the distributed budgets amounts. You can view the total undistributed amount by opening the budget on Budget Set Up > Budgets. You can also adjust the total budget amount from the same budget record.
