Cancelling sessions Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management. Learning managers can cancel a session. Select Development Planning > Activities And Catalog > Define Activities And Sessions. Locate and select the activity for which to cancel a session. On the Active Sessions tab, right-click or open the session to cancel. If the session has no registrations, select the Cancel Session action. or If the session has registrations, select the Cancel Session And Participants action. Select a cancellation reason. Note: Cancellation reasons are defined in Administrator > Set Up. Click OK. If an automatic email notification is configured for "Registration Cancelled," a notification is sent to the appropriate resources.
