Viewing non-finalized consolidated budgets

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Consolidated budget views let you group budgets so you can view their consolidated totals. Consolidated budget views are defined in Budget Set Up > Consolidated Budget Views.

  1. Select Development Planning > Learning Budgets > Prepare Budgets.
  2. Select the Consolidated Budget View tab.

    All of the consolidated budget views display on the Consolidated Budget Views panel. For each consolidated budget view, you can see the total budget amount, the percent spent, the total number of development activity requests, and the total number of hours spent. When you select a budget, the budgets that make up the consolidated budget appear on the Budgets Within View panel.

  3. To view a consolidated budget view detail, open the consolidated budget view.

    This information displays:

    Actual Budget Amount

    The total amount for all of the budgets in the view.

    Projected Spend

    The total projected costs of all of the development activity requests associated with all the budgets in the view.

    Projected Remaining

    The total amount still available to budget for all of the budgets in the view

    Requests

    The Requests tab lists all of the development activity requests for all the budgets in the view .

  4. To view a development activity request detail, open the development activity request.
  5. To view or update the costs, click the Costs tab.
  6. To add a new development activity request, select Actions > Assign Activity. See Assigning in-budget development activities to resources.
