A provider is an internal or external organization that provides development activities for your organization. An organization can have multiple providers, based on the development activities required. Some providers can be flagged as "preferred providers" for specific development activities.
Providers can have instructors associated with them. All instructors must be defined as resources in .
Note: For external providers, the
resources would probably have a unique relationship status.
