Defining and maintaining development activity delivery methods

Use this procedure to define the various delivery methods for development activities (for example, online, classroom, webex, and so on).

  1. Select Development Planning > Set Up > Activity Components > Delivery Methods.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Required. Specify the effective date.

    Delivery Method

    Required. Specify the name of the development activity delivery method.

    Description

    Specify the description of the development activity delivery method. If left blank, the development activity delivery method name defaults.

    Active

    Select this check box to make the development activity delivery method active. Inactive development activity delivery methods do not appear in lists.

  4. Click Save.
    Maintaining activity delivery methods:

    • To update a development activity delivery method, open the development delivery method, update any of the fields, select an effective date, and save.

    • To delete a development activity delivery method, open the development activity delivery method, specify an effective date, click Delete, and click Yes to confirm.
