Provider contract

External providers probably have one or more contracts to deliver specific learning content to a specific number of resources.
The Development Planning application lets you enter provider contract information, included the total cost of the contract, and to enter the payments that the learning manager authorizes against the contract.
A contract can be assigned to one or more sessions.
