Viewing finalized consolidated budgets
Consolidated budget views let you group budgets so you can view their consolidated projected and actual totals. Consolidated budget views are defined in Budget Set Up > Consolidated Budget Views.
- Select Development Planning > Learning Budgets > Implement Budgets.
-
Click the Consolidated Budget
View tab.
All the consolidated budget views appear in the Consolidated Budget Views region. For each consolidated budget view, you can see the total budget amount, the percent spent, the total number of development activity requests, and the total number of hours spent. When you select a budget, the budgets that make up the consolidated budget appear in the Budgets Within View region.
