Accessing provider development activities and sessions

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

As development activities and development activity sessions are defined for the provider, you can view them on the Provider Analysis tab.

Note: The Provider Analysis tab shows only those development activities for which the provider is preferred. It does not show any sessions to which the provider is attached but for which the provider is not a preferred provider for the development activity. To view a full list of the sessions to which the provider is attached, you can open the provider record, then view the Sessions tab. You can also define a new session on the Sessions tab.
  1. Select Development Planning > Set Up > Providers And Contracts.
  2. Click the Provider Analysis tab.
  3. Highlight a provider to view the development activities for which this provider is a preferred provider. Double-click a development activity to view the development activity detail.
  4. Highlight a development activity to view the sessions defined for the selected preferred provider. Double-click a session to view the session detail.
    Other possible actions:
    • To make the provider a preferred provider for a development activity, in the Activities region, select Actions > Attach Activity, select the activity, indicate whether the provider should be the default provider for the activity's sessions, and click Save.

    • To detach a development activity from a provider, highlight the provider and development activity, and select Actions > Detach Activity, then click Yes to confirm.

      Note: Alternatively, you can open the provider record and perform the same actions on the Activities tab.
