Assigning instructors to sessions

Note: Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

The session must have a provider and instructors must be attached to that provider before you can add instructors to a session.

  1. Select Development Planning > Activities And Catalog > Define Activities And Sessions.
  2. Locate and select the activity for which to update a session.
  3. On the Active Sessions tab, open the session to which to assign instructors.
  4. Select the Instructors tab.
    Note: The Instructor tab is active only if a provider has been assigned to the session.
  5. Click Create.

    or

    Click Actions > Attach Instructor.

  6. On the Session Instructor form, specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Required. Specify the effective date.

    Instructor

    Required. Select an instructor.

    Instructors are internal resources who are defined as instructors on Development Planning > Set Up > Instructors.

    Note: The instructor must be attached to the provider assigned to the session.
    Type

    Select the instructor status: Primary, Back Up, or On Call.

  7. Click Save.
