Sending on-demand notifications about sessions

Note: You can use this action at any time and for any reason (including to re-send a message regarding class details changes). For example, an instructor may have some special requests for participants.
  1. Select the session to change.
    Note: This action appears only if you have registered participants for the session.
  2. Select Actions > On Demand Session Notifications.
  3. On the On Demand Session Notifications form, specify this information:
    Additional Comments

    Specify the text of your notification.

    Include Details For All Remaining Classes

    To include the entire class schedule for the session, select this check box.

    Attachment

    To attach a file to the email, click the Attachment icon to browse to the file and attach it.

  4. Click OK.

    The email is immediately sent to all registered participants.

    The email includes the text associated with the notification rule template and all the items you have specified on this form.

    Note: No correspondence record is created. To resend this notification, you will must repeat this procedure.
